We are located at the back of the Health Department building at 3333 Forbes Avenue in Oakland, between 5th and Forbes Avenue. Turn on Halket and then Euler Way. You can drive up the driveway and into the parking lot. From 3-4:15pm, we offer an Overdose Prevention Class with Narcan prescriptions.

Tests are routinely done for syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia. HIV testing is also offered. Other STD tests are performed depending on the patient’s symptoms. Laboratory services are provided by the County Department of Laboratories, which is located in the same building, often allowing for same day diagnosis. The clinic also offers Hep. B vaccinations The clinic operates five days, including one evening clinic First Floor, 3441 Forbes Avenue Oakland Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Wednedays, 12:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. No appointment necessary.
